- 🦐 16 peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 head lettuce, chopped into 3cm pieces
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
PASOS
Cut the lettuce into 3cm pieces. Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp, rinse lightly, and pat dry.
Heat salad oil and grated garlic in a frying pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until they change color.
Add the lettuce, turn the heat to high, and stir-fry quickly. Season with salt and pepper, mix briefly, then add soy sauce and turn off the heat. Mix well.
