INGREDIENTES

- 150g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 2 sprigs parsley
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASOS
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, rinse in water, and drain. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Slice the garlic thinly and remove the core. Finely chop the parsley.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant. Add the potatoes and octopus, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until browned.
Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and add parsley. Stir-fry briefly to combine.
