INGREDIENTES

Vegetables
- 3 cm lotus root, thinly sliced
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic

- a pinch of pepper
PASOS
Cut the sausages diagonally into thirds. Slice the lotus root into thin pieces after quartering it.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sausages, lotus root, and grated garlic, and stir-fry.
Once the sausages are browned, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry briefly to combine.
