INGREDIENTES
Chicken
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🥚 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
PASOS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a bowl, add salt, pepper, and 1/2 tsp grated ginger, mix well, and let sit for 1–2 minutes.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat with 1 tbsp mayonnaise. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip the chicken, cover with a lid, and steam for about 2 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and 1/3 tsp grated ginger) to the pan and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
