INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 2 slices yellowtail
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
PASOS
Pat the yellowtail dry and season with salt and pepper. Coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the yellowtail and cook until browned, then flip and cook through.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, and ginger) to the pan and coat the yellowtail evenly.
