- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🌱 1 bag bean sprouts
Starch
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
