INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 4 slices pork belly
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers (60g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
PASOS
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stem and seeds, and cut into quarters.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sugar, mirin, soy sauce, and grated ginger) in a bowl.
Lay the pork belly slices flat, season with salt and pepper, and place a quarter of a bell pepper at one end. Roll tightly to form wraps. Repeat for all slices.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook until browned, turning occasionally. Add sake, cover, and steam for 1 minute over low-medium heat.
Add the sauce mixture to the pan and cook over medium-high heat, turning the wraps until the sauce thickens and coats evenly.
