INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 60g glass noodles
- 200g thinly sliced pork loin
- 🥕 30g carrot, julienned
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 50g chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Pork Marinade
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 pinch sugar
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🍬 1 pinch sugar
- 💧 30cc water
PASOS
Soak glass noodles in hot water until transparent, then drain and remove excess water.
Julienne the carrot, chop the chives, and slice the shiitake mushrooms thinly.
Cut pork into bite-sized pieces. Mix pork with marinade ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes, then add carrot and shiitake mushrooms. Cook until softened.
Add glass noodles and chives to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Pour in seasoning mixture and stir to coat evenly.
