- 300-400g pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASOS
Combine all seasoning ingredients to make the marinade.
Coat the pork belly with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Slice the onion and soak in cold water to remove its sharpness.
Cook the marinated pork belly in a heated pan over medium-low heat.
Place the drained onion slices on a plate and top with the cooked pork belly.
