INGREDIENTES
Main
- 40g harusame (glass noodles)
- 🥚 1 egg
- 5 crab sticks
- 1/2 goya (125g)
- 1 tsp salad oil
Egg Seasoning
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Dressing
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
PASOS
Cut the goya in half lengthwise, remove seeds and pith, and slice thinly. Rub with 1/3 tsp salt and let sit for 5 minutes. Rinse with water and squeeze out excess moisture. Shred the crab sticks into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a frying pan, add harusame, and cook according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
In a bowl, crack the egg and mix with the egg seasoning ingredients (mirin, sake, and salt).
Clean the frying pan, heat salad oil over medium heat, and pour in the egg mixture. Stir with chopsticks to scramble into small pieces. Let cool.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds). Add the harusame and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
