INGREDIENTES
Grain
- 🍚 200g cooked rice
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Vegetable
- 🟢 80g green peas
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Dairy
- 🥛 100cc milk
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Soup Base
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 💧 100cc water
PASOS
Mince the onion and cut the bacon into 1cm strips.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat, add bacon and onion, and sauté for about 3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
Add the soup base ingredients (consomme, salt, water), bring to a boil, then add rice and green peas. Mix well, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until the peas soften.
Add milk and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat, season with salt and pepper, and mix in butter and grated cheese.
