INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 150g minced chicken
Vegetables
- 50g dried green soybeans
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Thickener
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salted kombu
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Wash the green soybeans and soak them in water overnight. Drain and boil them in a pot with plenty of water until tender, about 20–40 minutes on low heat.
Coat the boiled green soybeans with potato starch in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix minced chicken with salted kombu and grated ginger until sticky. Add the green soybeans and mix well. Divide into 6 portions and shape into round patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the patties over medium heat until browned. Flip, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 3–4 minutes until fully cooked. Add the sauce ingredients and simmer to coat.
