INGREDIENTES

- 🥛 500ml milk
- 🥛 250ml heavy cream
Sweetener
- 🧂 30g sugar
Flavoring
- 5–10g green tea powder
PASOS
Prepare all ingredients.
Mix milk and heavy cream in a saucepan, then add sugar.
Add green tea powder and mix thoroughly.
Cook on low heat, stirring continuously.
Simmer for 30–40 minutes until reduced to about 1/3 of its original volume.
Check the consistency; it should be thick and spreadable.
Let cool and store in a jar.
