INGREDIENTES
Main
- 1 piece (200g) atsuage
- 5cm daikon, grated
- 2 shiso leaves, shredded
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
PASOS
Cut the atsuage into bite-sized pieces. Shred the shiso leaves. Grate the daikon and squeeze out excess water.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and place the atsuage pieces. Pan-fry on medium heat until all sides are golden brown.
Remove the atsuage from the pan. Add grated daikon and the sauce ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, ginger) to the pan. Mix and heat on medium for 1-2 minutes. Serve on a plate and garnish with shredded shiso leaves.
