INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍗 4 chicken tenders
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Vegetables
- 🥬 4 green leaf lettuce leaves
- 20g kaiware sprouts
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
Seaweed Mayo
- 🧈 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp aonori (green seaweed powder)
Dressing
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
PASOS
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenders, rub with sake, salt, and pepper, and let sit for 5 minutes.
Tear the green leaf lettuce into bite-sized pieces, cut the kaiware sprouts in half, and halve the cherry tomatoes after removing their stems.
Mix the Seaweed Mayo ingredients in a bowl, coat the chicken tenders, and grill in a toaster oven for 3 minutes until golden brown.
Mix the Dressing ingredients in a separate bowl, toss with the prepared vegetables, plate, and top with the grilled chicken tenders.
