INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (350g)
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (150g)
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Cheese Sauce
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
- 🥛 50ml milk
- 🍷 1 tsp white wine
PASOS
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces, soak in water, then drain. Cut avocado, carrot, onion, and red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the garlic clove in half lengthwise and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper, then cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Grease a skillet with 1 tsp olive oil, arrange the vegetables, chicken, and garlic, then drizzle with the seasoning mixture.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
In a saucepan, heat the cheese sauce ingredients over low heat, stirring until the cheese melts. Serve alongside the grilled chicken and vegetables.
