- 🍄 3-4 king oyster mushrooms
- 🧈 30g butter
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🌰 A small amount of sesame seeds
- 🧅 A small amount of chopped green onion
PASOS
Lightly clean the king oyster mushrooms with a cloth or paper towel to preserve their flavor and aroma.
Cut the mushrooms into 3-4 cm pieces for easy cooking and eating.
Score the mushrooms with a crisscross pattern about 1 cm deep to help absorb the butter and seasoning.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, mirin, and corn syrup in a bowl to prepare the seasoning sauce.
Heat a pan and melt 30g of butter. Add the mushrooms and pan-fry until golden brown on both sides.
Pour the prepared seasoning sauce over the mushrooms in the pan.
Cook the mushrooms on medium heat, flipping occasionally, until the sauce is fully absorbed and reduced.
Garnish the cooked mushrooms with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
