INGREDIENTES

- 🍗 1 piece chicken thigh
Miso Marinade
- 2 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
PASOS
Mix the miso marinade ingredients together.
Spread half of the marinade on a sheet of plastic wrap and place the chicken thigh on top.
Spread the remaining marinade on top of the chicken and wrap tightly with the plastic wrap.
Place the wrapped chicken in a ziplock bag and refrigerate for at least one night.
Wipe off excess marinade from the chicken using paper towels.
Cook the chicken on low heat in a frying pan lined with foil, carefully browning both sides.
