INGREDIENTES
Base
- 🍚 200g cooked rice
Main
- 🐟 100g Miyagi salmon
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 🥒 1/4 zucchini, diced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- Handful of mizuna greens
Zucchini Tartar Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Garlic Soy Sauce
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Dice zucchini into 5mm cubes. Mash boiled egg in a bowl and mix with mayonnaise, grated cheese, and salt and pepper to create zucchini tartar sauce.
Season salmon with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat. Sear salmon until golden brown on both sides, then remove from pan.
In the same pan, sauté minced garlic over low heat until fragrant. Add soy sauce and cook briefly to make garlic soy sauce.
Cut the seared salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Plate cooked rice in a bowl, top with mizuna greens, salmon pieces, garlic soy sauce, and zucchini tartar sauce.
