- 💧 100 ml water

- 2 g bonito flakes
PASOS
Rub okra with salt (1/2 tsp, not listed) on a cutting board, rinse under running water, and pat dry. Trim the hard stem and remove the calyx.
Mix soy sauce, grated ginger, and water in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add okra, and roll to evenly brown the surface. While hot, transfer to the bowl with the sauce and let sit for 5 minutes.
Plate the okra and sprinkle bonito flakes on top.
