INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 300g pork loin (2 thick slices)
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Marinade
- 2 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp grated ginger
PASOS
Make small cuts between the lean meat and fat on the pork loin slices.
Place the marinade ingredients and pork loin into a storage bag. Massage well and refrigerate for about 3 hours.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the marinated pork and cook until browned. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
