INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🎃 1/8 pumpkin, seeds removed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Basil Sauce
- 🌿 10g fresh basil
- 🌰 10g pine nuts
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 50ml olive oil for sauce
- 🧀 10g grated parmesan cheese
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
PASOS
Blend all basil sauce ingredients in a mixer until smooth.
Cut the onion into quarters, and slice the red bell pepper and pumpkin thinly.
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add salmon, and cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the pan.
Add onion, red bell pepper, and pumpkin to the pan, and cook until golden brown and tender. Remove from the pan.
Spread basil sauce on a plate, and arrange the salmon and vegetables on top.
