INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 4 sardines (opened, 320g)
Coating
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Garnish
- 2 shiso leaves
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
PASOS
Pat the sardines dry and coat them with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, place the sardines skin-side up, and cook until browned. Flip and cook until fully done.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, lemon juice) and stir to coat the sardines while evaporating excess liquid.
Plate the sardines with shiso leaves as garnish.
