INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 4 sardines, opened (320g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
- 2 shiso leaves
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
PASOS
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a storage bag, add sardines, coat them, and let sit for 5 minutes.
Cut the green onion into 5cm pieces and slice the shiso leaves thinly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add green onion, and cook over medium heat until softened and browned. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, place sardines skin-side up and cook over medium-low heat for about 3 minutes until browned. Flip and cook until fully done.
Serve the sardines with the cooked green onion on a plate and garnish with sliced shiso leaves.
