INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍄 3 king oyster mushrooms
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 🧅 1 chopped green onion
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Slice the king oyster mushrooms into thick pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl to make the sauce.
Heat a pan and grill the mushroom slices on both sides.
Remove the grilled mushrooms from the pan and set aside.
Pour the prepared sauce into the same pan and heat it.
Add the grilled mushrooms back into the pan and stir to coat them with the sauce.
Add chopped green onion and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
