    • 1 tbsp cornstarch
    • 1 tbsp water

Cut the firm tofu into bite-sized pieces and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W.

Pat the tofu dry and coat it with all-purpose flour.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the tofu until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.

Wipe the pan lightly, add sesame oil, and sauté the ground pork until it changes color. Add minced shiitake mushrooms and stir until coated with oil.
