INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🥓 8 slices of thinly sliced pork belly
- 1 block (300g) grilled tofu
- 🥬 3 leaves (120g) cabbage
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 🌾 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Toppings
- 2 tbsp okonomiyaki sauce
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- A suitable amount of aonori (seaweed flakes)
- A suitable amount of bonito flakes
PASOS
Thinly slice the cabbage. Place it in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain and let cool. Cut the grilled tofu in half along the shorter side, then cut into 8 equal pieces along the longer side.
Cut the pork belly slices in half. Lay them out lengthwise, sprinkle evenly with salt. Place one piece of grilled tofu and a portion of cabbage at one end, then roll tightly. Repeat to make 16 rolls. Dust the rolls lightly with all-purpose flour.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook for about 3 minutes. Flip the rolls, blot excess oil with a paper towel, cover with a lid, and cook for 1 more minute. Remove the lid and cook until the pork is fully cooked.
Arrange the rolls on a plate. Drizzle with okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise, then sprinkle with aonori and bonito flakes.
