INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 200g minced pork
Vegetables
- 50g minced gyōja garlic
Staples
- 20 dumpling wrappers
Oils
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Dipping Sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili oil
PASOS
Peel the red thin skin off the gyōja garlic and finely chop it.
In a bowl, mix minced pork and seasonings (sake, soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil) until sticky, then add gyōja garlic and mix well.
Place 1/20 of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper, moisten the edges with water, and fold into pleats to seal. Repeat for all 20 dumplings.
In a bowl, mix vinegar, soy sauce, and chili oil to prepare the dipping sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, arrange the dumplings, and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
Add enough water to cover the bottom of the pan, cover with a lid, and steam over medium-high heat until the water evaporates. Drizzle sesame oil and cook until the wrappers are crispy.
Serve the dumplings on a plate with the dipping sauce on the side.
