INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 300g refrigerated ham
- 🧅 3 stalks green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 pinches salt
- A dash of black pepper
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
PASOS
Prepare ingredients. Use refrigerated ham as canned ham tends to crumble and is not suitable for stir-frying.
Slice the ham into thin strips. Use mostly the white parts of the green onion and cut them into 6–7 cm long thin strips.
Heat oil in a pan and add the ham. Stir-fry until golden and slightly crispy.
Add the green onion strips to the pan. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the green onions and mix well.
Stir-fry briefly on high heat, mixing the ham and green onions. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and turn off the heat.
