INGREDIENTES

- 200g spam
- 1/2 block tofu
- 🧅 30g chopped onion
- 🥕 30g chopped carrot
- 🥚 1 egg
- 2 tbsp starch
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
PASOS
Chop the onion and carrot finely and set aside.
Soak the spam in hot water to remove excess oil, then mash it.
Drain the tofu and mash it thoroughly.
In a bowl, mix the mashed spam, tofu, chopped vegetables, egg, and starch. Add salt to taste.
Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round, flat patty.
Heat a pan with a little oil and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
