INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 4 slices of ham
- 4g dried wakame
- 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms
- 3 shiso leaves
- 1 umeboshi (pickled plum)
- White sesame seeds, to taste
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
PASOS
Cut the root off the enoki mushrooms, divide into thirds, and microwave in a heatproof container for 1 minute at 600W. Drain excess water.
Thinly slice the shiso leaves, finely chop the ham, and remove the pit from the umeboshi before mashing it.
Soak the dried wakame in water for about 5 minutes until rehydrated, then squeeze out excess water.
Mix all the seasonings in a bowl until well combined.
Add the prepared ingredients (wakame, enoki, ham, shiso, and mashed umeboshi) to the bowl with the dressing and mix well. Serve in a dish and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
