INGREDIENTES
Meat Mixture
- 300g ground meat
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Other Ingredients
- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) cooked rice
- 80g shredded cabbage
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
- Mayonnaise as needed
- 🧀 2 slices of cheese
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
PASOS
Mince the onion and microwave it for 1 minute at 600W. Let it cool.
Mix milk and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Add ground meat, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until sticky. Divide into two portions and shape into patties.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and cook the patties on medium heat until browned. Flip and cook the other side. Cover and steam on low heat for 7 minutes. Place cheese slices on top.
In the same pan, add sake, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat on medium and stir until bubbling. Add butter and mix until thickened.
Plate the patties with rice, vegetables, and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle mayonnaise on the vegetables and serve with the sauce.
