PASOS

1

Peel the daikon thickly and cut into 12 equal pieces. Arrange the daikon in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Let cool.

2

In a bowl, mix ground chicken, chopped green onion, and the meat mixture seasonings (☆) until sticky.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Arrange the daikon sandwiches in the pan and cook until browned. Flip, cover with a lid, and steam-fry for 7 minutes until the meat is cooked through.

5

Add the sauce seasonings (★) to the pan and bring to a boil. Spoon the sauce over the sandwiches and cook until thickened.
