Dairy
- 🧈 10g unsalted butter
Herb Breadcrumbs
- 🌿 Italian parsley to taste
- 🍞 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese

PASOS
Place clams in a large tray with water and salt, cover with aluminum foil, and let sit for 30 minutes. Scrub the shells under water and drain.
Cut the lemon into halves lengthwise.
In a pot, add clams, white wine, and unsalted butter. Cover and steam over medium heat for 5–10 minutes until clams open. Remove clams and reduce the steaming liquid slightly.
Mix the herb breadcrumb ingredients in a bowl. Reserve 1/3 of the mixture in a separate bowl.
Add 3 tbsp of the reduced steaming liquid and clam meat (quartered) to the larger bowl of breadcrumbs and mix.
Fill clam shells with the mixture and sprinkle the reserved herb breadcrumbs on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven for 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
Serve on a plate and squeeze lemon juice over the baked clams.
