INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 200g sashimi-grade tuna
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Herbs
- 🌿 3 sprigs of parsley, minced
Batter
- 🌾 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Coating
- 🍞 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 🌿 Minced parsley, mixed with breadcrumbs
Oil
- Enough salad oil for deep frying
Sauce
- 1 tbsp whole-grain mustard
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp soy sauce
PASOS
Season the tuna with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Mince the parsley finely.
Mix the sauce ingredients (mustard, lemon juice, soy sauce) in a bowl.
Prepare the batter by mixing flour, mayonnaise, and water in a shallow dish.
Combine breadcrumbs and minced parsley in another shallow dish. Coat the tuna in the batter, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 180°C (356°F). Deep-fry the coated tuna for about 1 minute until golden brown. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve with the mustard sauce.
