INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦐 8 whole shrimp
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp herb salt
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), cut into pieces
- 4 snap peas (40g), halved
Baking
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
PASOS
Remove the vein and legs from the shrimp. Trim the tail slightly and squeeze out the water using a knife. Wash and pat dry with paper towels.
Place the shrimp in a bowl and mix with grated garlic and sake.
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces. Remove the strings from the snap peas and cut them diagonally in half.
Coat the shrimp with all-purpose flour and herb salt.
Heat 3cm of salad oil in a pot to 180°C. Fry the shrimp, potatoes, and snap peas for 2–3 minutes until cooked through.
