INGREDIENTES
Seaweed
- 15g hijiki
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
Processed Food
- 1 chikuwa, sliced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 💧 100cc water
PASOS
Julienne the carrot and slice the chikuwa. Mix soy sauce, sake, sugar, and water to create the seasoning.
Place hijiki and 200cc water in a microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 5 minutes. Remove wrap, let cool, and drain well.
Return hijiki to the bowl, add carrot and chikuwa, then pour the seasoning over. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 10 minutes.
Remove from microwave, mix well, cover again, and let sit for 5–10 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve in a dish.
