INGREDIENTES
Dough
- 🌾 200g strong flour
- 🍬 17g sugar
- 🧂 1g salt
- 18g canola oil
- 💧 87g water
Filling
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar per bread
PASOS
Sift the strong flour and mix it with sugar and salt.
Add canola oil and knead the dough.
Add water and continue kneading the dough.
Shape the dough into a ball and let it rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 5 equal portions.
Flatten each portion, add brown sugar as filling, and seal the dough.
Roll out the dough thinly and place it on a baking tray.
Preheat the oven to 180°C for 10 minutes, then bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.
