INGREDIENTES

- 🍊 10 tangerines
- 1 tbsp agar powder
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
PASOS
Peel the tangerines and blend them in a mixer.
Strain the blended tangerine juice through a sieve.
Mix the tangerine juice with agar powder.
In a pot, combine the tangerine juice mixture with sugar and corn syrup, then simmer on low heat.
Let the cooked tangerine mixture cool slightly and pour it into molds or containers.
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.
