PASOS
Place honbinos clams in a large tray with water and salt, cover with aluminum foil, and let sit for 30 minutes. Then scrub the shells together under water and drain.

Add clams, garlic, and white wine to a pot, cover with a lid, and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until the clams open.
