INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Sweetener
- 🍯 1/2 tbsp honey
Condiment
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp whole grain mustard
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Pat the yellowtail fillets dry with a paper towel.
Mix sake, mirin, and soy sauce in a shallow dish. Add the yellowtail fillets and coat them evenly. Marinate for 5 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the fillets for 3–4 minutes on each side, then remove them from the pan.
Add the marinade, honey, and mustard to the same pan. Stir and bring to a simmer over medium heat until the sauce thickens slightly.
Plate the yellowtail fillets and drizzle the sauce over them before serving.
