INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Meat Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking sake
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
PASOS
Thinly slice the onion.
In a bowl, add pork slices, salt, pepper, and sake. Massage well, then coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the onion to the pan and stir-fry until it softens and the pork is fully cooked.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, ketchup, honey) and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates and coats the meat and onions.
