INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 pack instant noodles
- 500ml water
- 🍅 1 tomato, chopped
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
- 1 chili pepper, chopped
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Pinch of black pepper
PASOS
Chop the tomato into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the onion thinly.
Slice the green onion diagonally.
Chop the chili pepper finely.
In a pot, bring water, tomato, and onion to a boil.
Add the soup seasoning packet and let it simmer briefly.
Add noodles, minced garlic, green onion, and chili pepper to the pot and cook until noodles are tender.
Turn off the heat and add vinegar and black pepper. Serve immediately.
