- 🐟 120g horse mackerel sashimi

- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Condiments
- 🌾 A pinch of white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
PASOS
Mix the seasoning ingredients (gochujang, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and grated garlic) in a bowl.
