INGREDIENTES

- 🥓 4 slices bacon
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🌱 100g boiled edamame
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASOS
Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Thinly slice the onion and remove the edamame beans from their pods.
Place the bacon and onion in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain any excess liquid.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (soy sauce, mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper). Add the microwaved bacon and onion, along with the edamame, and toss to combine.
