PASOS
Wrap the frozen salmon in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours to thaw. Pat dry with kitchen paper and sprinkle both sides with salt.
Line a frying pan with aluminum foil. Place the side that will be on top when served facing down. Cook over medium heat until browned, then flip and cook the other side until browned and fully cooked.
