  • Saltwater

    • 💧 200cc water
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
  • Seasoning

    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 🍶 1/2 tbsp vinegar
    • 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce

Cut off both ends of the cucumbers. Place chopsticks on both sides of the cucumber and make diagonal cuts at 2mm intervals until the knife hits the chopsticks. Flip the cucumber and repeat the cuts.

Place the cucumbers in a tray, add the saltwater mixture, and let them sit for 10 minutes. Rinse with water and pat dry. Tear into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Add the cucumbers and tuna, and toss to combine.
