INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 3 tbsp white wine
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1/3 tsp herb salt
PASOS
Cut the tomato into 1.5cm cubes after removing the stem.
Pat the yellowtail dry with a paper towel, rub with grated garlic, sprinkle with black pepper, and coat with herb salt. Lightly dust with flour.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Cook the yellowtail for 2–3 minutes until browned, flip, and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove and blot excess oil with a paper towel.
In the same pan, add butter, white wine, salt, and diced tomato. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
Plate the yellowtail and pour the tomato sauce over it.
