INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers (60g)
- 1/2 red paprika (75g)
- 100g bamboo shoots (cooked)
Noodles
- 1 pack ito konnyaku (200g)
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
Thickening Agent
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tbsp water
Finishing Touch
- A dash of sesame oil
PASOS
Boil water in a pot, add ito konnyaku, and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and cut into bite-sized pieces using kitchen scissors.
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, and slice thinly. Slice red paprika and bamboo shoots thinly as well.
Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ito konnyaku and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add bell peppers, red paprika, and bamboo shoots, and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
Pour sake into the pan and mix well. Add the remaining seasonings (soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chicken stock powder) and stir thoroughly.
Add the cornstarch slurry (cornstarch mixed with water) and stir until the sauce thickens. Serve on a plate and drizzle with a dash of sesame oil.
