INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 2 sardines (processed, 180g)
Vegetables
- 2 shiso leaves
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Processed Foods
- 1 hanpen (100g)
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Cut off the stems of shiso leaves and slice them thinly. Crush the hanpen in its bag by hand.
Open the sardines by hand, remove the backbone and belly bones, peel off the skin, and chop them finely with a knife.
In a bowl, mix the shiso leaves, sardines, hanpen, and ☆ seasonings. Divide into 6 portions and shape them into round patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the patties in the pan and cook for about 3 minutes, flipping occasionally until golden brown.
Push the patties to the side of the pan and add ★ seasonings. Simmer and coat the patties with the sauce.
Plate the patties and sprinkle chopped green onion on top.
